Despite cervical cancer is the second most common gynecological malignancy in Vietnam, highland people rarely have examined and screened for cervical cancer. This is why we organize a free cervical cancer screening program in hopes that people here are more health-conscious.
Especially, women attending the program had the opportunity to screen for cervical cancer with the new Optical-Electric TruScreen – a modern, European-standard method providing accurate results. After the examination, women were very interested in this quick and painless method.
Mrs. L.T.C (45 year-old) said that she could not afford regular check-ups and screening tests for cervical cancer. Participating in the program, she shared about her first cervical cancer screening with TruScreen to help her understand her health situation without having to worry about waiting for the results for a long time.
