At the end of October 2022, the Youth Union of Tu Du Hospital organized the program “Charity medical examination, reproductive health care consultation” for people at the Medical Center of Phu Khanh commune, Thach Phu district, Ben Tre province.
On October 30, 2022, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Tu Du Hospital, the Executive Committee of the Red Cross Society of Tu Du Hospital in collaboration with the District Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of the district, the Commune Union, and the Phu Khanh Commune Committee held the organization. “Young Doctor’s Day follows Uncle Ho’s words, volunteering for community health in 2022 and a medical examination and treatment program, giving gifts to Religious Youth”.
In collaboration with the local medical unit, the hospital delegation organized free health consultations, medical examinations, and medicine distribution for 150 people worth two million VND each, along with 20 gifts for the religious young. Specifically, the program organizes cervical cancer screenings for 150 women in the area.
