TruScreen Vietnam has successfully organized training programs for the TruScreen Optical – Electrical technique at 14 hospitals, resulting in the successful training of over 100 doctors.
For the past five years, this technique has been effectively implemented in numerous hospitals throughout Vietnam. Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital was the first hospital to officially apply this technique. Currently, three leading hospitals – Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Tu Du Hospital, and Hau Giang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital – have officially applied the TruScreen Optical-Electric method for cervical cancer screening. Additionally, several large hospitals such as University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital, Hung Vuong Hospital, and many others across the country are actively implementing this technique.
The “TruScreen Optical – Electrical Technique Training Program” is an integral part of the process of carrying out this new technique to hospitals. TruScreen Vietnam has organized free training programs at numerous hospitals with the aim of introducing and training doctors on the new Optical – Electrical screening method. This will enable doctors to become familiar with and understand the principles of using the TruScreen Ultra device. The training program consists of two parts: theory and practice. Each doctor will take a theoretical test provided by TruScreen and practice screening using the TruScreen Optical – Electrical method directly on patients (with a minimum of 10 cases). After completing of the TruScreen Optical – Electrical Technique Training Program, each doctor receive a Practicioner Certificate certified by TruScreen (Australia). Until now, TruScreen Vietnam has successfully trained over 100 doctors at 14 hospitals.
In the coming time, TruScreen Vietnam will continue to promote the implementation as well as the TruScreen Optical – Electrical training programs to the frontline hospitals specializing in obstetrics and gynecology of cities and provinces across the country. These hospitals play a key role in the implementation and application of new methods and new techniques in lower-level hospitals.
In addition to supporting the implementation of TruScreen Optical – Electrical technology in public hospitals, TruScreen Vietnam will also deploy and organize training programs for this technique at lower-level hospitals and private clinics nationwide. TruScreen Vietnam expects TruScreen Optical – Electrical technique becomes a familiar method for hospitals and clinics in Vietnam.
