On 11/09/2020, TruScreen Vietnam organized a practical training program on TruScreen technology at Tra Vinh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
The program was organized in the hospital to train new techniques in cervical cancer screening by TruScreen Optical – Electrical method to doctors specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tra Vinh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
During the program, Dr. Carolina Velasquez – represented TruScreen (Australia) introduced an overview of TruScreen products. TruScreen Optical – Electrical is a non-invasive cervical cancer screening method from Australia. This new method applies Optical and Electrical technology to transmit signals to the cervical epithelium. These signals will then be analyzed by AI technology and output the results quickly at the time of the examination.
In addition, TruScreen Vietnam technicians guided the hospital’s doctors how to operate TruScreen Ultra. With regard to the simple operation, the device technology helps hospitals save on infrastructure investment costs.
Tra Vinh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital is a Grade II specialized hospital under the Department of Health of Tra Vinh province.
